I just downgraded this site (Gherkins) and lost a whole year’s worth of posts, not that I’d had all that many from the last year.
It’s been a great run, but now it’s time to move on.
Life had suddenly become extremely complicated with a family member’s illness and other things, including some of my own annoying health issues.
Thank you for reading all these years, 2008 to the present.
I may not post often, but I will post occasionally.

I just finished this year’s season of preparing other people’s tax returns (it’s my day job, 3 1/2 months per year for the last 20 years), so I’m beat.
