Couscous is my FAVORITE comfort food. I even wrote a book about it!
Couscous: Fresh and Flavorful Contemporary Recipes (unfortunately out of print). And I cook out of it at least once a week!
Best,
Kitty
Thanks for stopping by, Kitty. I always loved Cous-Cous with Seven Vegetables when I lived in Morocco and it’s still one of my husband’s faves.
I love cabbage, and this one’s a winner. I especially like it as one of the seven vegetables that I use to top a steaming mound of couscous for Couscous Beidaoui (in the style of Casablanca!) Thank you for the great bibliography of Arab cuisine.
