Lutheran Brotherhood with headquarters in Minneapolis gathered recipes from their members to celebrate their 75th anniversary. I tested the recipes and put together the cookbook, 75 and Still Cooking.

When I screened the recipes I saw a recipe for Rommegrot for the first time and it didn't sound very good to me. After I received many recipes for it I realized what an important part it played in the Scandanavian heritage and knew I needed to learn about it.

After trying the recipes to be included in the cookbook, I'm a convert. It is delicious!!
