Yes, I would guess so. But of course, with the very coarsely-processed grains in many parts of the world, a myriad of non-grain items are included – little bugs and plants… etc…

It was rumored, when I lived-worked in Egypt, that fine sawdust was sometimes added to government-run bakeries. And in Paris, some who remembered WW II said that bread sometimes had sawdust added because of the lack of flour…
